John Kerry is an American politician and diplomat. Coming from the U.S. Democratic Party, he is currently working as the United States Special Presidential Envoy for Climate.

He is famously known for his previous job, serving as the 68th United States Secretary of State from 2013 to 2017. He notably went up as the Democratic nominee in the 2004 Presidential Election, in which he lost to incumbent President George W. Bush.
