Introduction
Ad-Rock is an American professional rapper, guitarist, and actor with an estimated net worth of $100 Million.
Music Career
Adam Horovitz, best known as Ad-Rock, began his career with the Young and the Useless punk band. With this band, Ad-Rock toured with the Beastie Boys and, in 1982, became their guitarist after John Berry quit.
After joining the Beastie Boys, the band’s sound began to evolve, shifting from hardcore punk to a more hip-hop-oriented style. The band signed with Def Jam Records soon after and released their debut album, Licensed to III, in 1986.
Now considered one of the best hip-hop albums of all time, it helped make Ad-Rock one of the richest rock stars in the world, and he was just getting started.
A Rockstar Rapper
Following the debut of their album, Ad-Rock and the Beastie Boys embarked on the Licensed to III world tour. However, the tour was plagued by lawsuits, with the band accused of provoking the crowd to violence.
Things boiled over at the Royal Court Theatre in Liverpool when a riot broke out just 10 minutes into the band’s set. This led to Ad-Rock’s arrest by the Merseyside Police, and he was charged with assault and causing grievous bodily harm. Once that was over, Ad-Rock appeared with the band in the film Tougher Than Leather, and they released their second album, Paul’s Boutique.
In 1993, the band published the first edition of Grand Royal Magazine, which featured interviews with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest. A year later, they headlined at Lollapalooza, and the tickets for their Madison Square Garden and Rosemont Horizon shows sold out in 30 minutes.
The Beastie Boys continued to enjoy success into the 2000s, and Ad-Rock’s side project BS 2000 released the album Simply Mortified.
In 2004, they released To the 5 Boroughs, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Albums chart.
Recent Work
Ad-Rock’s 2007 album with the Beastie Boys, The Mix-Up, was purely instrumental, and it won a Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Album. The band then announced their following album on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and released Hot Sauce Committee in September 2009.
In 2011, the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside LL Cool J and Chuck D. When Adam Yauch, the founding rapper, and bassist of the Beastie Boys, died in 2012, Ad-Rock and Mike D confirmed they wouldn’t make music under the band name again.
Alongside Mike D, Ad-Rock released the memoir Beastie Boys Book in 2018, which was adapted into a documentary in 2020.
In addition to his work with the Beastie Boys, Ad-Rock has worked on remixes using the alias 41 Small Stars. He has also acted in several films, including Lost Angels, Roadside Prophets, While We’re Young, and Golden Exits. He appeared in the documentary “The Punk Singer,” alongside his wife, Kathleen Hanna, which chronicled her life as a riot grrrl.
Most recently, Ad-Rock joined Mike D at the unveiling of Beastie Boys Square in the Lower East Side of New York. Formerly located at the corner of Ludlow and Rivington, the square marks where the band took their first cover photo.
Estimated Net Worth
Ad-Rock’s net worth is estimated to be $100 Million.
Real Estate
In 2006, Ad-Rock paid $799,000 for a 1,552-square-foot home in West Milford, New Jersey. He owned the house for fifteen years before selling it for $985,000 in 2021. Considering the agent fees and roughly $150,000 property taxes for the time he owned it, Horovitz likely just about broke even.
In 2013, he paid $2.95 million for a 2,400-square-foot loft in Chelsea, New York City. In 2021, he listed the unit for sale at $3.15 million, closing a deal for $3.2 million—$50,000 over the asking price. Horovitz also acquired two homes in Pasadena, California: a $1.7 million bungalow in South Pasadena and a $3.5 million, 3,500-square-foot house in Pasadena.

Seattle Supersonics Contracts & Salary
In 2007, Kevin Durant signed a four-year rookie contract with the Seattle Supersonics worth $19.5 million. The deal was fully guaranteed, and Durant earned $4.2 million in his first season in the NBA. When the team relocated to Oklahoma in 2008, Durant earned $4.5 million, followed by $4.8 million in 2009 and $6.1 million in 2010.
In 2011, he signed a five-year maximum rookie extension with Oklahoma valued at $89.2 million. The deal was fully guaranteed, increasing his average annual salary to $17.8 million. He earned $12.5 million in the contract’s first year and $20.1 million in the fifth and final year.
Golden State Warriors Contracts & Salary
In 2016, Durant signed a two-year contract with the Golden State Warriors worth $54.3 million. However, the deal ultimately turned out to be a one-year contract, and he earned $26.5 million. A similar scenario unfolded in 2017 when he re-signed with the Warriors on a two-year deal, which was later reduced to a one-year deal worth $25 million.
Again, in 2018, he signed a two-year deal with the Warriors, which became $30 million over one year. In 2019, Kevin Durant signed the first nine-figure contract of his career, a four-year, $164.3 million deal with the Golden State Warriors, which was facilitated under a sign-and-trade agreement.
Durant was traded to the Brooklyn Nets, where he would earn $38.2 million in 2019, $38.8 million in 2020, and $42 million in 2021. These annual numbers are estimated to include roughly $1 million in incentives.
Phoenix Suns Contract & Salary
Durant was traded to the Phoenix Suns during the latter half of the 2022/23 season, where he signed a four-year, $194.2 million contract. This is his current active contract, which earned him $46.4 million in 2023. He is estimated to earn just under $50 million for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Thus far in his NBA career, Kevin Durant has earned $396.7 million and is still guaranteed roughly $103 million on his current active contract, which could put his total NBA earnings at $499.8 million by the end of the 2025/26 season.
PSG Investment
Kevin Durant became a minority shareholder in the French soccer club, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), by investing several million dollars indirectly through Arctos Sports Partners. The investment firm acquired a 12.5% stake in the club in 2023, which has since risen in value to $4.6 billion.
In August 2024, Durant officially joined PSG’s ownership, further expanding his business ventures. While the financial specifics of his investment remain private, it reflects the growing trend of NBA players investing in European football clubs. Durant’s involvement aims to enhance PSG’s brand presence in the U.S. ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
The partnership is expected to include collaborative content creation and strategic development between Boardroom Sports Holdings and PSG, with a focus on innovation and excellence, particularly in youth and women’s teams. This move mirrors similar investments by other athletes, such as LeBron James’ stake in Liverpool FC in 2011 and Tom Brady’s investment in Birmingham City in 2023. Durant’s participation as an investor is anticipated to significantly bolster Paris Saint-Germain’s marketing and sponsorship efforts in the United States.
In June 2025, Kevin Durant reportedly invested an additional eight-figure sum into PSG through his own company, Boardroom Sports Holdings, which means he now holds a direct ownership stake in the club.

According to reports, the home eventually sold in 2016 for just $1.1 million, resulting in a significant loss.
Miami Condo
In April 2011, Kevin purchased a 3,535-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment in Miami’s Biscayne Bay area for $1.825 million. When it came time to sell in 2015, Durant profited significantly, listing the unit for $3.45 million and selling it for $3.15 million.

According to our research, Sarah Jessica Parker has earned just under $213 million from all Sex and the City-related projects, as well as a $1 million payday for starring alongside Matthew McConaughey in Failure to Launch. The bulk of these earnings came from the final three seasons of the original TV show; we’ll delve into the details in a moment. Aside from these projects, the rest of Parker’s film earnings have not been publicly disclosed.
Sex and the City Earnings (TV Show)
When Parker first began starring as Carrie Bradshaw in the 1998 TV show, Sex and the City, she reportedly earned $100,000 per episode, which equated to $1.2 million for the first season. Her salary then increased to $150,000 per episode, earning her $2.7 million apiece for the second and third seasons.
The biggest shift occurred in 2001, when she secured a deal not only to star in the show but also to serve as an executive producer. This led to Parker earning approximately $3.2 million per episode, breaking the record for the highest-paid actor on television. In fact, at the time, nobody came anywhere close to earning this figure. Tim Allen had been earning $1.25 million per episode on Home Improvement, while actors like Jerry Seinfeld and Helen Hunt had each been earning $1 million per episode. Several actors have closed the gap in recent years, notably Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, who both earned $2 million per episode for starring in The Morning Show. Still, Parker’s record remains unbroken.
This brings us to Season four, comprising 18 episodes and earning Parker $57.6 million. The fifth season of Sex and the City was shortened due to her pregnancy leave, resulting in only eight episodes airing, which earned her roughly $25.6 million. Finally, for the sixth and final seasons, she starred in 20 episodes, which should have earned her $64 million. This brings her total estimated earnings from the show to $153.8 million.
Sex and the City Film Earnings
According to reports, Sarah Jessica Parker was paid $15 million upfront for starring in the 2008 Sex and the City film. For the sequel, released in 2010, her salary increased to $20 million, earning her a combined $35 million from the two films.
And Just Like That… Earnings
In 2021, Parker, along with other returning cast members Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, reprised their roles in the spinoff show, And Just Like That…, where Parker secured $1 million per episode. The first two seasons, which comprised ten and eleven episodes, earned Sarah $10 million and $11 million, respectively. The third season is currently midway through airing, but it is expected to contain twelve episodes, which will earn her $12 million. Thus, from these three seasons of And Just Like That… Parker has earned approximately $33 million.
Real Estate
New York Townhouse
In April 2000, three years after marrying Matthew Broderick, the couple paid just under $3 million for a 4,182-square-foot townhouse in New York City. They owned the home for over two decades, finally deciding to sell it in 2021. The property sold for an impressive $15 million, which is $12 million more than the original purchase price. Even after considering twenty years’ worth of property taxes, plus listing fees, they likely still cleared at least $10.5 million.
Second New York Townhouse
In April 2011, the couple paid $18.995 million for a 7,000-square-foot, six-bedroom townhouse on East 10th Street. Parker listed the property for sale in September 2012 with an asking price of $25 million. In 2014, the price was reduced to $22 million and again at the end of the year to $19.95 million. The property sold for $18.25 million in June 2015, resulting in a rather significant loss after fees.

Introduction
Seth Meyers is an American professional comedian, writer, and actor with an estimated net worth of $26 Million.
Late Night Contract Renewal
In 2024, shortly after Meyers celebrated 10 years of hosting Late Night with Seth Meyers, NBCUniversal announced that his contract had been renewed until 2028. The agreement also included a deal between Meyers’ own production company, Sethmaker Shoemeyers, and Universal Studio Group for him to develop other projects for NBCUniversal.
Meyers’ contract for hosting the show pays him around $5 million per year. However, this amount is significantly lower than that of other late-night TV hosts, such as Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel, who both earn $15 million per year.
Despite the renewal, the show’s house band, the 8G Band, was let go by the show in August 2024 to cut costs. However, they still provided pre-recorded music, rather than playing live in the studio. Since Meyers took over the slot from Jimmy Fallon in 2014, the show has received 11 Emmy nominations, seven Writers Guild of America Award nominations, and won two Critics’ Choice Awards.
Real Estate
Meyers and his wife purchased an apartment in the West Village neighborhood of New York in December 2013 for $3.5 million. Subsequently, they renovated the property before listing it for sale in 2017 for $4.5 million. The two-bedroom apartment, which featured a sunken living room with a fireplace, a modernized kitchen, and a spa bathroom, was sold in early 2018 for the full asking price.
Before the sale of the apartment was completed, the couple purchased a 5-bedroom duplex in Greenwich Village in 2016 for $7.5 million, as they needed more space following the birth of their first child. The 3,200-square-foot residence features two wood-burning fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, four and a half bathrooms, and wooden beamed ceilings. The duplex occupies two floors of a 15-story building, which has only two apartments per floor, providing complete privacy for Meyers and his wife in a prime location in the city.
Philanthropy
Meyers has supported various charitable organizations, including Amnesty International, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Cycle for Survival, Forgotten Harvest, Memorial Sloan-Kettering, Mia Hamm Foundation, Motion Picture and Television Fund Foundation, Natural Resources Defense Council, and Somaly Mam Foundation.
