Introduction
Paris Hilton is an American professional model, businesswoman, socialite, TV personality, and actress with an estimated net worth of $400 Million
Quick Facts
- Earned an estimated $15.5 million between 2004 and 2006
- Earned $2.7 million from four nights under her Ibiza DJ residency
- Received a salary of $5 million per season from The Simple Life
- Paid $63.1 million for Mark Wahlberg’s Beverly Hills mansion
Family Wealth
Before we discuss Paris Hilton’s career and income sources, we first need to talk about her family’s wealth. Hilton’s great-grandfather, Conrad Hilton, founded Hilton Hotels. In 1966, William Barron Hilton became the company’s president, and in 2007, the private equity firm Blackstone acquired the company for $26 billion.
In 2011, Forbes listed Barron Hilton’s net worth at approximately $2.5 billion. However, he also pledged to donate 97% of his wealth to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Barron was worth $3.4 billion at the time of his death in 2019, and sure enough, 97% of his wealth was given away. Just 3% (roughly $100 million) of the $3.4 billion was inherited by his eight children and 15 grandchildren, which includes Paris and her father. Even if this were split evenly across all surviving family members, it would equate to just $4.35 million per person.
Still, Paris’ father branched out on his own and has built a successful real estate career through his company, Hilton & Hyland. At the time of writing, Paris Hilton’s parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, have an estimated net worth of $350 million.
Earnings History
| Year | Earnings |
|---|---|
| 2004 | $2,000,000 |
| 2005 | $6,500,000 |
| 2006 | $7,000,000 |
| 2009 | $8,000,000 |
| Total: | $23,500,000 |
Between 2004 and 2006, Paris Hilton was consistently ranked on Forbes’ Celebrity 100. When she first made the list in 2004, the publication estimated her earnings at $2 million from a combination of reality TV, book advances, modeling contracts, and her acting role in House of Wax. The following year, all of the above income streams were scaled up, allowing Hilton to more than triple her annual income to $6.5 million. She also began charging up to $300,000 for nightclub appearances.
In 2006, Paris Hilton’s income reached a career high of $7 million per year before dropping off the list. Although she didn’t exactly make the list in 2009, Forbes reported in a separate article that Hilton earned approximately $8 million between June 2008 and June 2009. This brings her total earnings from the four years above to an estimated $23.5 million.
Film & Reality TV Salaries
In the 2000s, Paris Hilton starred in roughly a dozen movies, most of which were in the romantic comedy or horror genres. Typically, these films featured minor cameo roles, but in several, she was the leading actress. This includes House of Wax (2005), Pledge This! (2006), and The Hottie & the Nottie (2008). It’s worth mentioning that she also served as an executive producer for the latter two films.
Reports suggest that for her first lead role in the 2005 horror film House of Wax, Paris Hilton earned $1 million. She also earned an additional $1 million from starring in Pledge This! the following year.
However, films typically took a backstage to Reality TV, and over the years, particularly in the 2000s, Paris had several of her own reality television shows, including:
- The Simple Life
- Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend
- Paris Hilton’s My New BFF
- The World According to Paris
- Cooking with Paris
- Paris in Love
While not all of her reality-television salaries are known to the public, for The Simple Life, she earned $3 million per season in the first two seasons. Ahead of season three, Hilton began receiving additional credits as an executive producer, and her salary increased to $5 million per season. Given this information, she likely earned a total of $21 million across all five seasons of The Simple Life, averaging $375,000 per episode.
DJ Earnings
Paris earns a living in many ways, including her DJ career. It appears that her DJing fees vary widely by venue, with some reports suggesting she charges anywhere from $250,000 to $1 million per event. In 2013, Hilton signed a contract to begin a summer DJ residency at the “Foam & Diamonds” event in Ibiza, Spain. According to reports, under this residency, she earned $2.7 million from just four nights in 2014, averaging $347,000 per hour.
Business Ventures
Hilton set up companies to market her lifestyle brand, including a purse collection, an online jewelry line, and a very successful perfume line. Paris created a massive retail empire, with over 50 stores carrying 19 product lines, and is reported to have sold $2.5 billion worth of fragrances. She has also expanded her investment portfolio to include financial interests in the wellness brand R3SET and the full-body hologram business Proto Inc.
Real Estate
In June 2025, Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, paid $63.1 million to acquire Mark Wahlberg’s 30,500-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, California. This property is enormous, spanning 6.14 acres and featuring twelve bedrooms and twenty bathrooms.
The estate features almost every amenity imaginable. Outside, there’s a multi-level pool with a rock-formation waterfall. Additionally, there’s a custom-built golf green designed to follow the curvature of the mountains behind the property. Finally, there’s also a full-size basketball court and multiple seating areas. The interior features a home theatre, a wine room with seating, and a fully equipped gym where Wahlberg previously recorded several videos.
As for the annual property taxes, well… they’re not cheap. Paris and her husband will need to pay between $675,000 and $700,000 in taxes per year. FYI, this is almost as much as the average home price in California.

Introduction
Tyra Banks is an American television personality, producer, businesswoman, and model with an estimated net worth of $90 Million.
Despite earning millions annually as a Victoria’s Secret model between 1996 and 2005, Banks built the majority of her net worth later on when she transitioned to television. Both The Tyra Banks Show and America’s Next Top Model have contributed significantly to Tyra’s wealth, helping her earn as much as $30 million in a single year.
Quick Facts
- Peak annual income of $30 million in 2009
- Secured endorsement deals with CoverGirl, COSMÉ, and Victoria’s Secret
Earnings History
| Year | Earnings |
|---|---|
| 2000 | $5,500,000 |
| 2004 | $4,000,000 |
| 2005 | $6,000,000 |
| 2006 | $18,000,000 |
| 2009 | $30,000,000 |
| Total | $63,500,000 |
In the early to mid-2000s, during the peak of her modeling career, Tyra Banks typically earned between $4 million and $6 million annually. She was featured on Forbes’ Highest-Paid Models list three times (2000, 2004, 2005). She earned an estimated $5.5 million in 2000, $4 million in 2004, and $6 million in 2005.
However, these would not be the highest-earning years of her career. She began earning significantly higher paydays after transitioning to television with shows such as America’s Next Top Model and The Tyra Banks Show.
In 2006, Forbes reported that Tyra Banks earned an estimated $18 million in the previous twelve months. This was primarily due to her salary from both America’s Next Top Model and The Tyra Banks Show. The exact split was unknown, but it was reported that she earned approximately $3.5 million annually from her talk show at the time.
By 2009, her earnings had increased to an estimated $30 million. During this period, Banks was heavily criticized after contestants on America’s Next Top Model alleged they were paid only $38 per day while filming the show.
Based on the figures above, Tyra Banks’ estimated earnings for just five years (2000, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2009) total $63.5 million.
Endorsement Income
In the late 1990s, as her modeling career was in full swing, Tyra Banks began signing numerous endorsement contracts with global fashion brands, including CoverGirl, COSMÉ, and Victoria’s Secret. Based on the figures mentioned above, it is clear that Banks’ earnings during this period and until the mid-2000s were primarily generated by her modeling contracts and brand deals.
Victoria’s Secret Partnership
Perhaps the most notable of these was her partnership with Victoria’s Secret, which she initially signed in 1996 and maintained until 2005. Here’s an interesting fact for you: When Banks first appeared on the cover of the Victoria’s Secret catalog in 1996, she was the first black woman in history to do so. Tyra continued modeling for Victoria’s Secret, appearing in both catalogs and runway shows. Some sources suggest she was paid approximately $3 million per year at the time, which would make the partnership responsible for roughly 60% of her total income.
Mainstream Endorsements
Before Banks transitioned to television, the bulk of her endorsement deals were in the fashion sector. However, in the late 2000s, she also added more mainstream brands to her portfolio, such as Pepsi and Nike. Additionally, she secured various fashion endorsements from prominent brands, including Dolce & Gabbana, H&M, and Yves Saint Laurent.
Real Estate
In April 2004, Tyra Banks paid $3.085 million for a 5,740-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Beverly Hills, California. The home was purchased through the Crizzo trust controlled by her mother. Banks owned this property for over a decade before selling it for $6.33 million in July 2016.
In October 2014, Banks purchased a 3,700-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the Pacific Palisades for just under $3.3 million. She sold this home for $4 million in September 2018, and it later burned down in the 2025 California wildfires.
Shortly before the sale, Tyra paid just under $7 million for a 6,160-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bathroom residence, also located in the Pacific Palisades. This property features an outdoor pool, home gym, and rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Banks sold the home three years later for $7.9 million. Again, this property has also since been destroyed by the California fires.
In February 2021, Banks acquired a 4,089-square-foot, beachfront property in Malibu for $4.72 million. She still owned this home at the time of the wildfires, and yet again, this property also burned to the ground. According to Zillow, the empty lot is valued at $1.47 million.

Introduction
Amanda Cerny is an American professional model and actress with an estimated net worth of $10 Million.
Net Worth History
When we first started tracking Amanda Cerny’s career in 2020, her net worth was estimated at approximately $8 million. Since then, she’s continued to diversify her income streams, potentially earning between $1 million and $2 million annually from social media sponsors, YouTube revenues, OnlyFans, and the increased value of her property in California. Based on recent estimates, Amanda Cerny’s net worth is currently sitting at close to $10 Million.
Zeus Network
In July 2018, media executive Lemuel Plummer, along with social media stars Amanda Cerny, King Bach, and DeStorm Power, launched Zeus Network, an online streaming platform service. The three creators were instrumental in building the platform, and it’s believed they held some form of equity in the business. That said, the specifics have never been disclosed, but Power stated it was a “good amount of equity.” DeStorm was the first creator to partner with Plummer, and he personally reduced his own equity stake to bring on Amanda and Bach as equal partners.
However, all is not well between the company’s co-founders. DeStorm Power has publicly claimed that he repeatedly had to put in more of his own capital to keep the company afloat, which Plummer would reportedly repay him.
Since its launch, Zeus has signed deals with dozens of creators to join the platform, including Omarion, Nick Cannon, Blac Chyna, and Blueface. By 2025, Zeus had accumulated more than 100 million users, a portion of whom paid either a $5.99 monthly or a $59.99 annual subscription to watch exclusive shows on the Zeus Network. It reportedly had a valuation of up to $250 million at the time.
According to DeStorm, himself, Amanda, and King Bach never received any partner payouts. He also claims that they were left with tax liabilities for income they had never even received. We’re not sure exactly what happened to the trio’s equity. However, assuming they each own/owned between 10% and 20%, Amanda’s stake could be worth between $25 million and $50 million.
OnlyFans Earnings
In December 2020, Amanda Cerny joined the trend of female influencers by launching her own OnlyFans account. Based on her profile, she charges $19.99 per month for subscriptions and discounted rates for bundles, which are as follows:
- 3-month subscription – $50.97
- 6-month subscription – $95.95
- 12-month subscription – $179.91
Unlike most celebrities, Amanda’s earnings from the platform have never been disclosed. Based on what we can see, she’s published 185 posts and received roughly 157,100 likes on her content. It would be very difficult to calculate exactly how much Cerny has earned on OnlyFans, but one would assume it’s at least in the multiple-seven-figure range. Some websites that calculate creators’ earnings from the platform estimate that she earns more than $1 million per year.
Playboy Club Earnings
In 2021, following OnlyFans’ success, Playboy Magazine launched its own digital competitor of sorts, initially named Centerfold. However, the service was later rebranded as the Playboy Club. While the platform is similar in nature, allowing creators to publish their own content and attract fan subscriptions, it only allows basic nudity, not explicit content.
Amanda Cerny was among the first influencers to join the platform. By 2023, the company reported that she’s already earned more than $1 million from the Playboy Club.
Real Estate
Valley Village Home
In February 2019, Cerny paid $2.36 million for a 3,729-square-foot, newly built home in Valley Village, California. According to records, she listed the house for rent in 2021 at $20,000 per month. Someone rented it out for six months in 2022, from February to August, paying an estimated $17,900 per month. A year later, it was listed for sale at $3.75 million. The house has been on and off the market since then, but is currently listed for $3.5 million.

Between 2005 and 2018, Forbes consistently ranked Adriana Lima as one of the world’s highest-paid models. She earned $4.5 million in 2005, making her debut on the list. This was followed by an estimated $4 million in 2006, after which her earnings rose to $6 million the following year. Lima earned $7 million in 2008 and $8 million in 2009. Between 2010 and 2015, Lima’s annual earnings ranged from $6 million to $9 million, averaging $7.63 million.
During this time, her primary source of income was through her long-standing position as a Victoria’s Secret model. However, she also earned additional income through multiple brand endorsements, including Maybelline, Marc Jacobs, H&M, and Vogue Eyewear. These additional endorsements increased her income from the low seven-figure range to the $8-$9 million range.
For 2016 and 2017, Lima earned an estimated $10.5 million annually, primarily due to her seniority at Victoria’s Secret. In recent years, various sources have reported that Adriana has earned $30 million annually, including a Wikipedia article titled “Forbes list of the world’s highest-paid models.” However, the figures shown within that article for 2020 onwards are not from Forbes. We found the original sources to be rather untrustworthy.
What we can say is that, in 2022, when Lima sold her home in Miami Beach, she likely realized approximately $24 million (more details below), which could have earned her over $30 million in total for that year.
Divorce Settlement
Adriana Lima was previously married to the Serbian former NBA player, Marko Jarić. The couple tied the knot in 2009, shortly before Marko retired, and have two children together, but separated in May 2014. Their divorce was finalized in March 2016, and reports suggest a settlement was reached, but the exact details weren’t made public.
Just for your information, Jarić currently has an estimated net worth of $20 million, drastically lower than that of Lima.
Real Estate
Indian Creek Island Home
In 2010, Adriana Lima and her former husband, Marko Jaric, paid $9 million for a 6,465-square-foot home on Indian Creek Island in Miami Beach, Florida. While they owned the property, its tax-assessed value increased steadily; in 2022, it increased by 53%, from $19 million to $29.6 million.
In 2022, Lima sold the property for $40 million, a likely prudent decision given that property taxes had increased to $660,000/year. After accounting for taxes paid from 2010 to 2022 and agent commissions, Lima could have realized between $23 million and $24 million in profits from the investment.
Brentwood Home
Later in the year, Adriana paid a modest $12.4 million for a newly built farmhouse on the opposite coast in Brentwood, California. The property comprises six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and 7,521 square feet.
