Introduction
Jamie-Lynn Sigler is an American professional actress and singer with an estimated net worth of $12 Million.
The Sopranos
In 1997, Sigler auditioned in New York for the role of Meadow Soprano in the HBO series, The Sopranos. She didn’t have any prior TV or film experience and initially thought the role would involve singing, given her background in musical theater. Initially, Sigler didn’t quite grasp the show’s significance and contemplated backing out of the role, but her father encouraged her to continue.
The pilot episode of season one, which starred the late James Gandolfini as Tony Soprano, was released in 1999. The cast also included Edie Falco, Lorraine Bracco, Michael Imperioli, Steven Van Zandt, and Drea de Matteo. Sigler starred in 73 episodes of The Sopranos from 1999 to 2007. The series was so iconic that it is still her most well-known role.
Additional Film & TV Roles
Aside from The Sopranos, Sigler has starred in a wide range of films and television series. Some of her most notable film roles include Dark Ride (2006), Beneath the Dark (2010), I Do (2012), Divorce Invitation (2012), and Mob Town (2019).
Between 2008 and 2009, she appeared as herself in 13 episodes of the hit HBO show The Entourage, and more recently, she starred in seasons two and three of ABC’s Big Sky crime drama.
The Sopranos Salary
According to reports, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and her co-star Robert Iler earned approximately $10,000 per episode for season one of The Sopranos. This would have equated to roughly $130,000 for the first season. At some point during the middle seasons, their salaries were increased to $85,000 per episode. This was when her character, Meadow, had already moved away to college, and thus, Sigler didn’t star in as many episodes.
For seasons five and six, her salary was reportedly increased to $150,000 per episode, which could have earned her roughly $1.5 million and $2.7 million, respectively. While there are several gaps in the timeline, Sigler potentially earned between $5.5 million and $6.5 million from the show.
Ex-Husband Fraud Conviction
Jamie-Lynn Sigler was previously married to Abraxas Discala for two years, from July 2003 to September 2005. Many years later, in 2018, Discala was convicted on eight counts of securities fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy. The conviction was related to a pump-and-dump scheme that Discala and several others allegedly ran between October 2012 and July 2014.
According to the legal documents, the group would target penny stock companies and artificially inflate their share prices. Four securities in particular were targeted, including CodeSmart Holdings and Cubed Inc., inflating their market caps to a total of $300 million. In the case of CodeSmart, the share price was inflated to $6 per share, and after Discala allegedly sold the stock, its price plummeted to 66 cents per share. This resulted in the company’s investors losing approximately $50 million in total.
In 2021, he was sentenced to 138 months in federal prison and required to forfeit $2.48 million. He reportedly earned more than $6 million from the scheme, and restitution will be determined at a later date. These events occurred well after Sigler divorced Discala, and she was never implicated in the case nor charged.
Real Estate
In May 2003, Sigler paid $1.2 million for a 5,749-square-foot, four-bedroom home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She lived there for only a year and sold the property in 2004 for $1.345 million.
In November 2016, Sigler purchased a 4,409-square-foot, four-bathroom house in Valley Village, California, for $2.1 million. She listed the home for sale in December 2020, asking for $2.9 million. A deal was finalized at $2.893 million in February the following year.
Philanthropy
Sigler has supported charities such as the American Cancer Society and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

SPiN Investment
Now that we’ve looked at Susan Sarandon’s acting career and earnings from film, let’s discuss one of the ways in which she has invested that money. The actress’s most notable investment has been in SPiN, the ping-pong club and restaurant business.
SPiN was first launched in 2009 by film producer Jonathan Bricklin, Andre Gordon, and Franck Raharinosy. A year later, Bricklin became romantically involved with Sarandon, which ultimately led to her investment in SPiN and, later, to her becoming a co-owner of the New York location.
To date, the company now has nine locations across the United States and Canada, including:
- Boston
- Chicago
- New York
- Philadelphia
- San Francisco
- Seattle
- Toronto
- Washington DC
It’s not exactly clear where Sarandon’s investment stands today, particularly since her relationship with Bricklin ended in the mid-2010s. Nonetheless, SPiN remains her best-known investment.
Real Estate
According to public records, in June 1995, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins paid $1.675 million for a 5,552-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in Pound Ridge, New York. The property, which sits on a secluded 7.21-acre lot, is still registered under a trust co-owned by Sarandon and Robbins. According to Zillow, it’s worth an estimated $4.8 million.

Introduction
Bradley Cooper is an American professional actor and filmmaker with an estimated net worth of $100 Million.
Although most people know him from The Hangover Trilogy, many of his biggest paydays have come later in his career. Cooper’s films have grossed $13.05 billion worldwide, placing him among the top ten highest-grossing actors of all time.
This is primarily due to his voice-acting role as Rocket within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Cooper has worked on six films voicing the character, earning an estimated $25-$30 million.
His single largest payday came from banking on himself by forfeiting his salary from A Star Is Born, a movie he directed, produced, and co-wrote. The film is currently the eleventh-highest-grossing of his career, earning him an estimated $40 million.
Quick Facts
- Only received $600,000 for the original The Hangover film
- Earned roughly $50 million from The Hangover trilogy
- Forfeited salary for A Star is Born to re-invest in production
- Earned an estimated $40 million from A Star is Born (10% backend)
- He was paid $5 million to voice Rocket in Avengers: Infinity War
- Potentially earned between $25-$30 million from Marvel
Earnings & Salary
| Year | Project | Salary |
|---|---|---|
| 2009 | Hangover | $600,000 |
| 2011 | Hangover II | $25,000,000 |
| 2013 | Hangover III | $25,000,000 |
| 2013 | American Hustle | $2,500,000 |
| 2018 | A Star is Born | $40,000,000 |
| 2018 | Avengers: Infinity War | $5,000,000 |
| Total Calculated Earnings: | $97,100,000 | |
The Hangover Trilogy Salaries
Cooper’s earliest recorded salaries originate from his breakthrough role as Phil in The Hangover trilogy. Although the first movie in the franchise had a $35 million production budget, the four prominent cast members were paid less than $1 million each. Cooper was reportedly paid the most, at $600,000, due to his greater star power than that of Helms, Galifianakis, and Bartha.
The film grossed $469 million at the box office despite Warner Bros.’ doubts, which led to two higher-paying sequels for the cast. When a new deal was negotiated for The Hangover Part II, all four prominent cast members received a $5 million salary plus 4% of the backend gross profits. The movie grossed $587 million worldwide against a $80 million budget, earning each actor an estimated $20 million. Including their upfront salary, this became a $25 million payday for Cooper.
For the third movie in the trilogy, the actors were now asking for a $15 million upfront salary plus a backend percentage. While the exact percentage remains undisclosed, it was likely close to 4%. However, The Hangover Part III struggled at the box office, bringing in just $362 million on a much higher $103 million budget (presumably due to inflated cast salaries). The cast would have earned roughly $25 million apiece for the third installment if our calculations are correct.
This would put Cooper’s earnings from the trilogy at $51 million. The exact number will likely be between $45 and $55 million.
A Star is Born Earnings
Cooper’s 2018 passion project, A Star Is Born, which featured Lady Gaga, was the highest payday of his career. In addition to starring in the film with Gaga, Cooper co-wrote the script and directed and produced it. He forfeited his upfront salary to reinvest in the production budget. His share was roughly 10%, earning him $40 million on a film that grossed $435 million.
Marvel Salary
Cooper has voiced the character of Rocket in three Guardians of the Galaxy films, two Avengers films, and Thor: Love and Thunder. He earned roughly $5 million for Avengers: Infinity War, and Pratt also earned $5 million by playing Star-Lord in the movie. The cast was paid lower salaries for the first two Guardians of the Galaxy films, and while Cooper’s salary has not been disclosed, he could have earned $3-$5 million from Vol. and Vol. 2 combined.
For the third movie, Pratt’s salary increased dramatically to $20 million, so it’s anybody’s guess as to how much Cooper earned. His earnings likely ranged from $25 million to $30 million across the six MCU films he’s worked on.
Highest-Grossing Movies
Cooper’s role voicing Rocket in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is responsible for six of his ten highest-grossing movies. The character appeared in both Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War, which grossed over $2 billion apiece at the global box office, for a combined $4.85 billion. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1-3 grossed $2.5 billion, and Thor: Love and Thunder grossed $761 million.
Joker is an outlier in the list, as Cooper didn’t act in the film but helped co-produce it. It grossed $335 million domestically and $1.08 billion worldwide against a budget of just $55 million.
Here’s a complete list of Bradley Cooper’s ten highest-grossing movies:
- Avengers: Endgame – $2.8 Billion (2019)
- Avengers: Infinity War – $2.05 Billion (2018)
- Joker – $1.08 Billion (2019)
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – $864 Million (2017)
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 – $846 Million (2023)
- Guardians of the Galaxy – $773 Million (2014)
- Thor: Love and Thunder – $761 Million (2022)
- The Hangover Part II – $587 Million (2011)
- American Sniper – $548 Million (2014)
- The Hangover – $469 Million (2009)
Real Estate
In 2004, Bradley Cooper purchased a 1,571-square-foot bungalow in Venice Beach, California, for $1.2 million. The actor owned this property for almost two decades before selling it for $3.13 million in May 2023.
In early 2024, Bradley Cooper paid $6.5 million for a 33-acre farm in New Hope, Pennsylvania. The main house features seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 6,300 square feet of living space. There’s also a separate guest house, swimming pool, and access to a 20-acre private lake.
