Introduction
Keke Palmer is an American professional singer, actress, presenter, and songwriter with an estimated net worth of $10 Million.
This profile details our research into Keke Palmer’s net worth, income sources, and real estate investments.
Before Wealth & Fame
Growing up in Illinois, Keke Palmer was introduced to music and acting from a very young age. At age 5, she began singing in the local church choir and also appeared in a Chicago-based stage show. Fast-forward to age nine, Keke auditioned to star in a stage production of The Lion King but was unsuccessful, and the experience inspired her to continue auditioning for roles.
Shortly thereafter, Palmer secured her breakthrough role as the titular character in True Jackson, VP, and began earning significant income. Thanks to the show, she became a millionaire before her sixteenth birthday.
True Jackson, VP Salary
According to reports, Keke Palmer earned approximately $20,000 per episode for starring in True Jackson, VP in 2008. However, whether that was her salary for all three seasons or just the first has not been confirmed. Doing some basic calculations, Palmer starred in 56 episodes from 2008 to 2011, likely earning her at least $1.12 million from the show.
Net Worth Statements
In May 2023, Keke Palmer appeared on the 360 With Speedy podcast, during which she stated that estimates of her net worth were inaccurate. Palmer stated the following:
“Y’all can’t believe in net worths. First of all, they said my net worth was $7.5 million when I only had $100,000 in the bank. That’s lies. It’s inaccurate. There’s been times where it was less. Now, it’s more.”
Those same estimates still place Palmer’s current net worth at $7.5 million, but in the interview, she stated that her net worth was now higher. She makes a valid point that the less information you have about someone, the harder it is to estimate their net worth. We believe she was referring to the figure reported by Celebrity Net Worth, which may have been first listed many years before the interview.
Real Estate
In 2020, Palmer paid $2.35 million for a 1,482-square-foot, three-bedroom penthouse in Brooklyn, New York. At the time of writing, she still owns the unit.
In May 2021, Keke Palmer purchased a 2,600-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Studio City for $1.38 million. The house also once belonged to her True Jackson, VP co-star, Jennette McCurdy. Keke still owns the property, which now has an estimated value of $1.74 million; however, she listed it for rent in February 2025, asking $8,000 per month. The listing has since been removed, potentially indicating that she’s now a landlord, or she changed her mind.

Introduction
John Legend is an American professional singer, songwriter, activist, actor, and record producer with an estimated net worth of $100 Million.
Since the release of his debut live album, Live at Jimmy’s Uptown, in 2001, Legend has put out 10 studio albums, 6 live albums, and several other releases. To date, he’s earned hundreds of millions of dollars from record sales, royalties, music production, and other endeavors.
In this profile, we’ll outline our extensive research into John Legend’s net worth, music career, and earnings from additional endeavors. We’ll take a look at some of the ways he spends his fortune.
Quick Facts
- Earns $13 million per season from The Voice
- Sold 32 million records in the United States
- Grossed over $84 million in tour revenue
- Assets include a 10,700-square-foot, $18.6 million mansion in Beverly Hills
Music Career
Legend’s entrance into the music industry began as a ghostwriter, but after meeting Kanye West at an event, he was signed to the G.O.O.D. Music record label. In December 2004, John released his debut studio album, Get Lifted, which sold 116,000 copies in its first week and reached 7th on the Billboard 200. The album was certified platinum in the United States within two months and has sold over 3 million copies worldwide to date.
Throughout the years, John Legend has released ten studio albums, including Once Again (2006), Evolver (2008), Wake Up! (2010), and Love in the Future (2013). While none of them sold as many copies as his debut album, many of them sold over 1 million copies and were certified platinum in North America.
In 2013, Legend released the single “All of Me” as part of his 2013 album, Love in the Future. The album itself sold over 2 million copies, but the single was the standout. To date, it’s sold over 14 million copies in the United States and is the only single of Legend’s career to be certified Diamond.
Tour Revenues
Over the last two decades, John Legend has held 9 major concert tours, but box office revenues have typically not been reported. According to Pollstar, Legend’s major concerts have grossed $84.1 million since 2004. That’s the total gross revenue for all reported shows (254), which averages $331,100 per show.
However, we had an inkling that this didn’t account for every show within those tours, so we did the math. Here’s a list of every John Legend tour and the estimated number of shows for each:
- Get Lifted Tour (2005) – 50+ shows (estimate)
- Once Again Tour (2007) – 60+ shows (estimate)
- Evolver Tour (2009) – 50+ shows (estimate)
- All of Me Tour (2014-2015) – 93 shows (confirmed)
- Darkness and Light Tour (2017-2018) – 64 shows (confirmed)
- A Legendary Christmas Tour (2018) – 25 shows (announced)
- Bigger Love Tour (2021) – 30 shows (confirmed)
- An Evening with John Legend (2023) – 24 shows (confirmed)
- Get Lifted 20th Anniversary Tour (2025) – 44 shows (confirmed)
First and foremost, Pollstar’s figures didn’t account for gross revenues or shows from the 2025 Get Lifted Anniversary Tour. Based on the information above, we have roughly 396 shows, substantially more than the 254 reported.
Now, you might think we could simply take his lifetime average and multiply it by 396, yielding a more accurate estimate of $131.1 million in lifetime tour revenues. However, we don’t know exactly which tours are unaccounted for within Pollstar’s report. Finally, we have to add the Anniversary tour, which comprised 44 shows.
In summary, John Legend has probably grossed somewhere between $130 million and $160 million from his nine major concert tours. This is not his net income; it’s only the revenues that the events brought in.
The Voice Salary
According to reports, John Legend earns $13 million per season as a coach on The Voice. Thus far, he’s been involved for eight full seasons, with brief appearances in three other seasons. Assuming he earned the same salary for all eight seasons, John Legend should have earned at least $104 million from the show.
That said, his earnings may vary from season to season. It’s also unknown how much he was paid for his brief appearances. With an average of 26 episodes per season, his salary translates to approximately $500,000 per episode.
Music Catalog Sale
Perhaps one of the most significant transactions concerning John Legend’s fortune occurred in September 2021, when he sold his back catalog for an undisclosed sum. Now, the reports don’t specify exactly which songs/albums were included in the sale. Thus, it could involve his entire back catalog since 2004, or it could just include part of it. The acquisition was split between two companies, with DL Music IP and BMG Rights Management each acquiring a 50% stake.
Real Estate
In January 2016, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen acquired Rihanna’s 8,520-square-foot, five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home in Beverly Hills, California. They paid $14.1 million for the property and spent a substantial amount of money remodeling the house, which now features walk-in closets, a home gym, and a theater. Towards the end of 2020, they put the property back on the market, shortly after purchasing their new home. However, with an initial asking price of $23.95 million, it struggled to find a buyer. Nine price reductions later, the couple let it go for just $16.8 million in June 2021.
In September 2020, John and Chrissy paid $17.5 million for a 10,700-square-foot, seven-bedroom, eleven-bathroom home in Beverly Hills, California. The property spans 0.87 acres and boasts amenities such as a home theater and an infinity pool. They still own the house, which now has an estimated value of $18.58 million, and it costs the couple approximately $220,000 in annual property taxes.

Rookie Contract
After being selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the 2008 NFL Draft, Matt Ryan signed a six-year, $67.5 million rookie contract with the team. At the time, this was the highest-value contract signed by a rookie in NFL history and would be equivalent to $101.8 million today. Ryan was knocked off the top spot a year later when Matthew Stafford signed a $72 million deal with the Detroit Lions. The current record holder is Sam Bradford, who signed his $76 million rookie contract with the St. Louis Rams in 2010.
Despite the high value, only $34.5 million (just over half) of the contract was guaranteed. Ryan also received a $7.45 million signing bonus, which was prorated and paid out over the course of the contract. From 2010 onward, the quarterback was comfortably earning more than $10 million per year, but he secured only $39.6 million of the contract’s total value.
Nine-Figure Extension
When it came time to sign his first extension in 2013, Matt Ryan secured a five-year, $103.75 million contract, inking his first nine-figure deal. Once again, the guarantee was relatively low, at just $42 million overall. He also received a $28 million signing bonus, paid over two years ($13 million in the first season and $15 million in the second). In 2014, Ryan also received a $12 million option bonus, bringing his total to $36.5 million that year. Overall, he secured $94.5 million of the contract’s value.
Final NFL Contract
In 2018, Ryan signed his second nine-figure contract and the final contract of his NFL career, which was a $150 million, five-year deal. This time, he secured a much higher guarantee of $100 million, providing a substantial safety net, though he wouldn’t really need it. The first four years of the contract were spent at the Falcons, earning him an additional $117.5 million with the team, before he finished his career with the Indianapolis Colts.
Matt Ryan officially announced his retirement in 2024, after fifteen years in the NFL. He earned a total of $288.4 million in salary and bonuses, of which $251.6 million came from the Atlanta Falcons.
Endorsement Deals
Forbes has previously featured Matt Ryan on its annual lists of the world’s highest-paid athletes and the NFL’s highest-paid players. When the publication featured him as the highest-paid NFL player for 2014, his off-field income was estimated at $1.8 million per year. By 2018, this figure had increased to $5 million. It remained at this level in 2019, and then increased to an estimated $5.5 million in 2020.
Based on the information above, Ryan likely earned at least $25 million from endorsement deals between 2014 and 2020. However, we can’t say for sure which of his sponsors compensated him the most. Still, Ryan’s endorsement portfolio includes more than a dozen companies, which are as follows:
- AirTran
- Banana Republic
- Bose
- Delta Air Lines
- Gatorade
- Gillette
- IBM
- Mercedes-Benz
- Nike
- Panini America
- Proctor & Gamble
- Southern Company
- Tide
- Truist
- Under Armour
Real Estate
In January 2017, Matt Ryan paid $4.36 million for a 9,933-square-foot, five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in Atlanta, Georgia. The property, situated on 1.16 acres, features an outdoor pool, a games room, a gym, and a wine room. Ryan relisted the property for sale in 2020 with an asking price of $5 million, but accepted an offer of $4.6 million in January 2021.

Throughout his years at the club, Gareth’s salary increased consistently. He earned €18.8 million ($24.8 million) for the 2014/15 season and €19.7 million ($26 million) for the 2015/16 season. Endorsements
Brand endorsements weren’t just a way for Gareth Bale to make a little money on the side. They were an enormous source of income for the Welshman while he was playing with Real Madrid. During the 2010s, Bale was among the most endorsed players in professional soccer, largely thanks to his partnership with Adidas. In fact, Gareth signed with the brand as a youth player and remained with them until his retirement. His final contract with Adidas was a six-year, £20 million ($35 million) extension signed in April 2014.
In addition, Bale signed a wide range of endorsements with the likes of:
- BT Sport
- EA Sports
- Foot Locker
- Konami
- Lucozade
- Nissan
- WISH
These partnerships include brand ambassador roles with Nissan, alongside Yaya Toure and Sergio Aguero, as well as with Foot Locker. Gareth also appeared in commercials for WISH and BT Sport, and was paid for his feature on the cover of EA Sports FIFA 14, alongside Lionel Messi.
According to Forbes, Gareth Bale earned a combined $45.5 million off the pitch between 2014 and 2018, peaking at $11 million in 2017. This accounted for roughly one-third of his overall income, substantially more than that of the average player, including those who make the “highest-paid” list. Considering that Bale’s Adidas contract was reportedly worth $35 million over six years, this should have accounted for roughly $5.8 million of his endorsement income.
Based on the data we collected, Gareth Bale’s annual off-pitch income was as follows:
- 2014 – $9 million
- 2015 – $9.5 million
- 2016 – $10 million
- 2017 – $11 million
- 2018 – $6 million
Real Estate
According to reports, Gareth Bale previously owned a 12,900-square-foot villa in Madrid, Spain. The property features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and numerous amenities, including a home gym, a cinema room, and both indoor and outdoor pools. However, one thing’s not quite clear. An earlier report suggests that Bale initially rented the home for £10,000 per month, and he’s thought to have purchased it, though the exact timeline is unknown. Bale sold the villa to Kylian Mbappe for £9 million in 2024.
