Introduction

Nancy Cartwright is an American professional actress and voice actor with an estimated net worth of $80 Million.

Before Wealth & Fame

After accepting a scholarship from Ohio University, Cartwright landed her first part-time job doing voice-overs for commercials on WING radio. Soon after, Nancy was mentored by Daws Butler, who was known for voicing various animated characters, such as Yogi Bear and Huckleberry Hound.

She transferred to the University of California, Los Angeles, to be closer to Hollywood, with the intention of starting her career in voice acting. While attending UCLA, she continued voice acting training with Daws Butler and signed with a talent agency, landing roles in various projects. A year later, she graduated from UCLA with a degree in theater and won a lead role in the television movie “Marian Rose White.”

In addition to auditioning for and getting a role in “Twilight Zone: The Movie,” she voiced characters in various animated series. Various voice actors, such as Josh Peck, Idris Elba, and Ashley Johnson, inspired her. At the same time, she auditioned for a guest spot in “Cheers” and got the role by leaving the set during the audition.

The Simpsons

Nancy joined a class taught by Hollywood coach Milton Katselas and adapted “La Strada” into a one-woman play, “In Search of Fellini.” She auditioned for an animated shorts role on “The Tracey Ullman Show,” which co-starred Julie Kavner, who is known as Marge Simpson from “The Simpsons.” After her audition, she was chosen to voice The Simpsons’ character Bart Simpson and others such as Nelson Muntz and Ralph Wiggum.

The Simpsons is the longest-running sitcom and animated series in American history. Its creator, Matt Groening, is an influential cartoonist and animator. Bart Simpson became a breakout personality and cultural icon, and Nancy received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Voice-Over Performance. She also received the Annie Award for Best Voice Acting in the Field of Animation for her voice work on “The Simpsons.”

Starring Alongside Lucy Hale

Cartwright voiced various characters in animated shows like “Rugrats” and “All Grown Up!” aside from her work on The Simpsons. Along with Bart and the Simpson family being awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Nancy faced pay disputes over voice acting fees. She took time off, published her autobiography, “My Life as a 10-Year-Old Boy,” and adapted it into a one-woman play. Cartwright has performed it in several settings, including Scotland’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2004. Her performance received mixed reviews.

Laura A. Bischoff of the Dayton Daily News commented that the book was the “ultimate insider’s guide to The Simpsons.” A few years later, Nancy founded Spotted Cow Entertainment, a film and television production company, and produced and wrote the film “In Search of Fellini.” In 2022, she starred alongside Lucy Hale and Nicholas Gonzalez in the movie “Borrego” and featured as herself in her documentary “I Know That Voice.”

The Simpsons Salary

Cartwright’s initial salary for her voiceover work on The Simpsons was $30,000 per episode. Given that this was in 1989, it would be worth approximately $76,000 today, adjusted for inflation. She would receive this sum for the first nine seasons until 1997, earning between $660,000 and $750,000 per season.

In 1998, pay disputes occurred between Fox and six leading voice actors. The company threatened to fire all six actors and cast new voices for the lead roles. The dispute was eventually resolved, with Cartwright’s salary increasing to $125,000 per episode. Her average salary per season for seasons 10-15 is estimated to be between $2.6 million and $2.9 million, depending on the number of episodes in the season.

In 2004, another dispute occurred, and the actors demanded a pay rise to $360,000 per episode. They settled at $250,000, which lasted from 2005 to 2008. During this time, Cartwright’s earnings per season increased to an estimated $5.5 million. In 2008, salaries were re-negotiated, rising to $400,000 per episode.

In 2011, when The Simpsons was renewed for a 24th and 25th season, the actors took a pay cut, reducing their salary to approximately $300,000 per episode.

We estimate that Cartwright has earned roughly $156.8 million during the 36 years voicing Bart and other characters on The Simpsons.

Rugrats Salary

Her salary from Rugrats for the voice of Chuckie has never been publicly disclosed. However, Elizabeth Daily, who voiced the character of Tommy, recently appeared on an episode of The Iced Coffee Hour with Graham Stephan, where she discussed her salary from the show. Daily mentioned that the actors weren’t paid for the first six seasons, but around the 8th or 9th season, Elizabeth’s salary increased to $30,000 per episode.

This was around when Nancy replaced Christine Cavanaugh as Chuckie’s voice, potentially indicating a similar salary for Cartwright, which could have earned her $720,000 in 2002. However, this is merely speculation and has not been confirmed.

Expenditure

Cartwright spends some of her money on her real estate in Los Angeles and charity work. She lives in a beautiful home in Los Angeles, California. Cartwright has helped charities such as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Devonshire PALS, Happy House, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program.

Introduction

Quincy Brown is an American professional actor and singer with an estimated net worth of $4 Million.

Despite being an actor first and foremost, Brown built a large portion of his wealth through lucrative endorsement deals with brands such as Adidas, Christian Louboutin, Creative Recreation, Coach, and Lacoste. Additionally, he owns his own production company, FourXample, and has been involved in numerous business ventures.

Net Worth History

When we first began tracking Quincy Brown’s net worth in 2020, he was estimated to be worth $4 million. There is not a great deal of publicly available information regarding his projects and income from 2021 onwards, and thus, estimates of his net worth have largely remained the same.

Back in 2015, Brown was reportedly worth closer to $100,000 before his career took off. He likely first crossed the $1 million milestone between 2018 and 2019, the year he began receiving numerous endorsement deals, which significantly bolstered his annual earnings.

Before Wealth & Fame

In 1993, when he was only three years old, his mother began a relationship with Sean Combs, who became Brown’s stepfather. With Diddy as his father, Quincy was exposed to the world of entertainment from a young age and was often surrounded by stars.

For his 16th birthday, his star-studded party in Atlanta was featured on the MTV series My Super Sweet 16. Although his family moved frequently, he spent his final years of high school in Los Angeles and graduated from Calabasas High School.

Acting Career

In 2010, Quincy Brown made an appearance in Soulja Boy’s music video for the song “All Black Everything.” He then made his acting debut in the 2012 film We the Party, where he played the character of Reggie. Quincy also attended the Gaborone Fashion Weekend event in Botswana, where he showcased his style. The following year, he appeared in another music video, this time for Zendaya’s song “My Baby,” where he had a brief cameo.

2015 proved to be his busiest year, and it was also when he made his directorial debut in the music industry. In June, he directed the music video for Elle Winter’s song “No Words” and had a small role in the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Alongside that, he also appeared in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and starred in the films Dope, Brotherly Love, and Street

Quincy Brown landed a recurring role for three episodes in the series The Haves and the Have Nots in 2016. That year, he was likewise cast in a lead role in the TV series Star, which he remained on until 2019. In Star, Brown joined the likes of Queen Latifah in the musical drama, showing off both his acting and musical skills.

Brown appeared in a campaign for the sneaker brand Creative Recreation the same year and signed with Bad Boy/Epic Records. If that wasn’t enough, he also collaborated with the fashion brand BoohooMan and was the face of their Autumn/Winter campaign. On Valentine’s Day in 2017, Quincy released his first EP, This Is For You, which included the songs “I Can Tell You” and “Sunshine.”

Brand Endorsements & Partnerships

One of Brown’s most significant income sources is his numerous brand endorsement deals and collaborations with companies such as Adidas, Coach, and Christian Louboutin.

In 2019, Quincy directed and starred in Run Loubi Run, a short film he created for Christian Louboutin’s first social media campaign. The same year, he partnered with MCM Worldwide to launch its sleep and loungewear collection, becoming the face of their brand. While balancing that, he launched the picture editing app Fresh Crop,

Brown then joined a fashion campaign for Coach and Bape and became the first male celebrity spokesperson for Coach New York Watches. The collaboration inspired him to create his own watch line, Chalk by Quincy, in 2020. Following that, he started his jean collection with Embellish and founded the production company FourXample. The following year, he partnered with Adidas for their Flex Park collection campaign.

The show struggled to impress, airing for only two seasons. Carell earned roughly $10 million for season one and $7 million for season two.
