Despite his early financial issues as a member of NSYNC (more on that below), Justin Timberlake rebranded himself in the 2000s, enjoying a lucrative solo music and film career. He debuted on the Forbes Celebrity 100 (solo) in 2007, with an estimated $20 million in earnings. The following year, his income more than doubled to $44 million. At the time, Justin had just released his album, FutureSex/LoveSounds, which was certified platinum in nine countries. The subsequent tour, FutureSex/LoveShow, grossed $126.8 million in revenue between January 8, 2007, and December 6, 2007.
In 2009, Forbes listed Timberlake among the Celebrity 100 drop-offs, noting that he earned an estimated $5 million that year – a substantial decline.
After a five-year hiatus from the rankings, he returned in 2014, earning an estimated $57 million, followed by a career-high $63.5 million in 2015. This was largely due to The 20/20 Experience World Tour, which grossed over $231 million from 134 shows and became the highest-grossing tour of his career. Timberlake also held several lucrative endorsement deals during this time.
Finally, in a similar scenario, Justin Timberlake was the 41st-highest-paid celebrity in 2019, earning $57.5 million, most of which came from The Man of the Woods Tour, which grossed $226.3 million.
While this leaves much to the imagination, it highlights that Timberlake earned $247 million in just six years of his career.
NSYNC Lost Earnings
In the late 1990s, Lou Pearlman, now known as a scam artist behind one of the biggest Ponzi schemes in history, helped form the boy band NSYNC. The group, which included Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, and Lance Bass, became one of the world’s most successful boy bands of the decade. NSYNC released four studio albums, including their debut 1997 album and the 2000 album, No Strings Attached, and sold over 70 million records worldwide.
In 2001, Forbes ranked NSYNC 8th on the Forbes Celebrity 100, with an estimated $42 million in earnings between June 1999 and June 2000. However, all was not well behind the scenes. A year before making the Forbes list, NSYNC filed a lawsuit against Lou Pearlman and his company, Trans Continental Records. The suit claimed that Pearlman fraudulently represented himself as the band’s manager, secretly owned the label they were signed to, and paid himself both management fees and profits from the label.
The extent of the situation has come to light in recent years, particularly with the release of the 2024 Netflix documentary, Dirty Pop: The Boy Band Scam. However, at the time, most people weren’t aware of just how big a scam Pearlman was running.
Lawsuit Details
The lawsuit alleged that, despite NSYNC selling over 70 million records, each member was only paid $10,000 per album. This meant that outside touring, Timberlake earned only $40,000 for his work on all four of NSYNC’s studio albums. As a result, the band was forced to tour extensively, which eventually became too much work and pressure.
Following the lawsuit, Pearlman lost control of the band and any future earnings it generated. Unfortunately, although this was a positive outcome, the group never received a cash settlement to compensate for the lost earnings. According to reports, NSYNC may have lost over $50 million due to Pearlman, making Timberlake’s share close to $10 million.
Music Catalog Sale
In May 2022, Hipgnosis Songs Capital acquired the publishing rights to Justin Timberlake’s back catalog in a deal reportedly “worth just over $100 million.” The agreement covered roughly 200 of Timberlake’s previous songs, and not just from his solo career. In addition to the publishing rights, Hipgnosis also acquired Justin’s writer interest in the songs that he worked on for NSYNC.
Some of the artist’s most notable tracks included in the deal are:
- “Can’t Stop the Feeling”
- “Cry Me a River”
- “Mirrors”
- “My Love”
- “Rock Your Body”
- “What Goes Around… Comes Around”
Real Estate
Hollywood Hills Villa
Timberlake’s earliest recorded property purchase was in 2002, when he paid $8.3 million to acquire a 13,530-square-foot Spanish Villa from actress Helen Hunt. Almost twenty years later, he put the villa back on the market for $35 million. However, there’s no update on whether it sold.
Downtown New York Penthouse
In 2010, Timberlake paid $6.57 million for a 2,600-square-foot, three-bedroom penthouse in downtown New York City. After moving into a larger place in 2017, Justin and his wife, Jessica Biel, listed the unit for sale in March of the following year. It was listed at $7.995 million but had its price reduced multiple times, and it eventually sold for $6.35 million, $220,000 less than Timberlake paid in 2010.
Tennessee Ranch
In 2015, Timberlake acquired a 127-acre horse ranch in Franklin, Tennessee, for $4 million. In mid-2023, he listed the property for sale at $10 million. It sold in May 2024 for $8 million, roughly a year later.
NYC Penthouse
In 2017, the couple purchased a 5,375-square-foot penthouse in Manhattan for $20.2 million. The property was initially listed for $27.5 million, with the couple scoring a $7.3 million discount. In December 2022, they relisted the penthouse and sold it for $29 million.

Real Estate
Beverly Hills Home
In May 2012, Emma paid $2.5 million for a 3,862-square-foot cottage in Beverly Hills, California. The home, built in 1953, comprises four bedrooms and five bathrooms. In March 2019, the La La Land star listed the property for $3.9 million. It sold a month later for the asking price. After considering property taxes and agent fees, Stone could have profited just under $1 million from the sale.
West Village Condo
In March 2016, Stone paid $2.4 million for a one-bedroom, 821-square-foot apartment in the West Village, New York City. Between 2018 and 2021, she listed the property for sale multiple times. Introduction
Daddy Yankee is a Puerto Rican professional musician with an estimated net worth of $100 Million.
Now the highest-selling Latin music artist of all time, Daddy Yankee’s net worth has exploded in recent years. This is primarily due to the 2017 single, “Despacito”, with Luis Fonsi, which skyrocketed his popularity, selling over 141 million units in the United States. Since then, Daddy Yankee has held multiple tours, grossing hundreds of millions of dollars.
What’s even more interesting is that Yankee has already been in the music business for over two decades. His single “Gasolina” was initially released in 2004, but didn’t gain much attention until the release of “Despacito”. It’s now sold over 33 million certified units in the United States.
In this profile, we’ll discuss our research into Daddy Yankee’s net worth history, music career, tour revenues, and several major events concerning his finances.
Quick Facts
- The La Última Vuelta World Tour grossed $197.8 million in revenue
- Sold his back catalog to Concord for $217.3 million in 2024
- Filed a $250 million lawsuit against his ex-wife and her sister
Net Worth History
When we first listed Daddy Yankee’s net worth in 2020, it was estimated at $30 million. However, his tour, La Última Vuelta, which occurred between 2022 and 2023, grossed approximately $198 million. This has completely transformed his wealth in recent years, now placing his fortune at approximately $100 Million.
La Última Vuelta World Tour
Despite the La Última Vuelta Tour being the twelfth of Daddy Yankee’s career, it accounts for roughly 80% of the artist’s lifetime tour revenue. Still, several of his previous tours proved successful in their own right. The Big Boss Tour, which took place between 2007 and 2008, grossed an average revenue of $300,000 per show. In 2015, he grossed $6.9 million from nine shows of the “Kingdom” tour, and his “Con Calma” tour in 2019 grossed a reported $10.8 million.
The results from all 11 of Daddy Yankee’s prior tours are approximately $45 million in gross revenue. It’s also important to note that most of these took place before the success of “Despacito”.
In July 2022, he embarked on the La Última Vuelta World Tour, which took place in cities across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The tour comprised 83 shows between July and December, selling over 1.9 million tickets. Each show had an average attendance of 22,900 people, paying an average ticket price of $104.21.
The result was a total gross revenue of $197.8 million, of which $114.32 million was produced from the Latin America shows, and the remaining $83.8 million from the North America stint. It became the highest-grossing tour of Daddy Yankee’s career and was listed among the highest-grossing tours worldwide in 2022. La Última Vuelta was also the artist’s final tour of his career.
Music Catalog Acquisition
In October 2024, the world’s leading independent music company, Concord, announced that it had closed an $850 million financing deal to acquire major music catalogs, following previous acquisitions of Round Hill Music and Mojo Music & Media. One of the most significant acquisitions to come out of the deal was Concord’s $217.3 million payment for part of Daddy Yankee’s music catalog, which was confirmed on 18th October 2024.
The transaction included publishing and master recording rights for Daddy Yankee’s most influential works produced between 2002 and 2019, including his hit songs, Gasolina, Rompe, Despacito, and Con Calma. In addition, the agreement granted Concord the right to use Daddy Yankee’s name, image, and likeness to promote his brand in media, advertising, and commercial projects.
Daddy Yankee’s catalog begins with the success of his early underground sound and continues with his more polished mainstream hits. His 2017 collaboration with Luis Fonsi on Despacito surpassed 8 billion YouTube views by 2022 and is now part of the rights package owned by Concord. In an effort to maximize the songs’ cultural impact, the catalog will be managed from Concord’s Miami office, which serves as the hub for the company’s Latin music operations.
While the deal made headlines, Daddy Yankee had reportedly sold portions of his catalog before, but the full details of those transactions, including the identities of the buyers and the terms, were never disclosed publicly. Therefore, it’s likely that Concord purchased some of the catalog from the rights holders rather than directly from Daddy Yankee himself.
As a result, it is unclear exactly how much Daddy Yankee would have received from the $217.3 million payout, though it almost certainly contributed significantly to his overall net worth.
Divorce Proceedings & Lawsuit
Daddy Yankee was married to Mireddys González for nearly three decades, but officially filed for divorce in December 2024. It appears as though the proceedings were made much more complicated. As soon as the divorce was finalized in February 2025, Yankee filed a $250 million lawsuit against González and her sister, Ayeicha, alleging that the sisters mismanaged El Cartel Records and Los Cangris Inc.
In the lawsuit, Daddy Yankee alleged that Mireddys and Ayeicha transferred approximately $100 million from the company’s bank accounts into their personal accounts without authorization. Based on publicly available information, it’s presumed the sisters previously had the authority to make this type of transaction. However, in December 2024, after filing for divorce, Yankee put in place measures requiring dual authorization for any company transactions over $100,000. The alleged $100 million in withdrawals ($80 million from El Cartel Records and $20 million from Los Cangros) occurred after the fact.
The $250 million figure mentioned in the suit comprises the $100 million in withdrawals, plus consequential damages for breach of contract, mismanagement of corporate assets, and lost business opportunities. At the time of writing, the case is ongoing, and no official statements or decisions have been made.
Real Estate
Daddy Yankee reportedly owns several homes in Puerto Rico, with some sources suggesting his portfolio contains as many as eight properties. This includes an apartment in a housing project in his old neighborhood. Additionally, he owns a villa near the El Yunque rainforest, which he previously listed on Airbnb for $85 per night. His property in Carolina, next to the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, is valued at approximately $3 million.

Quick Facts

Income Sources
Unfortunately for us, none of Beanie Feldstein’s film salaries have ever been disclosed to the public. However, we’re safe in assuming that this is where the majority of her income and net worth has come from.
So instead of listing how much she’s earned from her film roles, as we would normally do, let’s take a look at those which would have earned her the most.
While Feldstein technically made her on-screen debut as a child in 2002, one could argue that her career didn’t really begin until the mid-2010s. In fact, her debut film role in Neighbors 2, alongside stars like Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, and Chloë Grace Moretz, remains the highest-grossing film of her career. Despite this, she played only a minor role, and the movie likely didn’t pay her a substantial salary.
That said, Beanie’s performance in Neighbors 2 opened doors. Towards the end of the decade, she landed roles in films like Lady Bird, Booksmart, and How to Build a Girl. This time, she wasn’t sharing the screen with numerous renowned actors, giving her roles more attention. She also played the lead/co-lead actress in two of the films mentioned above.
In recent years, Feldstein’s most notable roles include voicing the titular character Harriet in the animated show, Harriet the Spy. She also played Althea in 6 episodes of Murders in the Building, and Sukie in Drive-Away Dolls.
Highest-Grossing Movies
Feldstein’s biggest box-office hit was in 2016, when she starred in Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. The film grossed $108 million worldwide against a $35 million budget, although it was nowhere near the success of the first movie, which grossed $270 million against only an $18 million production budget.
Feldstein also starred in Lady Bird ($79 million) and Booksmart, which grossed $25 million against a $6 million budget. Two of her other entries on the list include very recent roles in Selma ($9 million) and Drive-Away Dolls ($7.9 million), both released in 2024.
Here’s a complete list of Beanie Feldstein’s ten highest-grossing films:
- Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising – $108 Million (2016)
- Lady Bird – $79 Million (2017)
- Booksmart – $25 Million (2019)
- Thelma – $9 Million (2024)
- Drive-Away Dolls – $7.9 Million (2024)
- How to Build a Girl – $71 Thousand (2019)
- The Humans – $47 Thousand (2021)
- The Female Brain – $22 Thousand (2017)
Additional Income Sources
Outside of film and television, Beanie Feldstein also earns an income from several sources, including:
- Broadway shows
- Social media sponsorships
- Speaking engagements
- Brand endorsements/collaborations
Regarding the latter income stream, Feldstein has previously appeared in a fashion campaign for Gucci. Additionally, she appeared as an AerieREAL Role Model for the clothing retailer Aerie.
