Introduction

Craig David is a British professional singer, songwriter, and rapper with an estimated net worth of $18 Million.

In a music career spanning two and a half decades, Craig David has released nine studio albums, selling over 15 million records worldwide. While music sales, streaming royalties, and concert performances have contributed to the bulk of his revenue, David also earns additional income from his TS5 company, TV appearances, book sales, and speaking gigs.

In this profile, we’ll outline our research into Craig David’s net worth, income sources, business ventures, and real estate investments.

Quick Facts

  • Earns an estimated $7,500-$8,000 per month from his YouTube channel
  • Sold his 1,895-square-foot Miami penthouse for $4.3 million
  • Sold the publishing rights for his music catalog to Round Hill Music

Income Sources

While Craig David’s revenue streams are generally well known, estimates of his actual income are much harder to find. In all likelihood, David’s most significant income came from his 2020 catalog sale to Round Hill Music. We’ll get to more details on that in a second, but it was, for sure, the highest lump sum he had received over the last twenty-five years.

David is active on both YouTube and other social media platforms, with various services estimating his monthly advertising and sponsorship revenues. However, these are loosely based on the number of subscribers/followers, views, and the general niche. The estimates are not one-size-fits-all and are highly likely to be under- or over-exaggerated.

Some reports suggest that Craig David’s YouTube channel brings in around $7,500 to $8,000 per month in ad revenue. However, since his videos feature his music, he no longer retains 100% of the earnings under his deal with Round Hill.

Round Hill Music Deal

In September 2020, Round Hill Music acquired the publishing rights to Craig David’s entire existing music catalog for an undisclosed sum. The deal would have included songs from seven of his studio albums, including his debut album Born to Do It, which was released in 2000. By selling his publishing rights, Round Hill is able to receive royalty payments from David’s entire catalog, including when songs are used in film, television, advertisements, or live performances. That said, he still owns the masters, retaining ownership of his work.

Despite the financial details of the acquisition never being publicly disclosed, at the time, Round Hill was undergoing fundraising for the Round Hill Royalty Fund III and had raised approximately $291 million in total. Their first fund was launched in 2012, raising $202 million, and their second in 2017, raising $263 million.

Craig David’s catalog was allocated to Royalty Fund III, and at the end of the year, the company announced that it had already allocated $200 million to catalog acquisitions, including David’s catalog. Other artists on the list included Black Sabbath, Bruno Mars, KISS, Limp Bizkit, and Skid Row.

Real Estate

In 2009, David paid $4.68 million for a 1,895-square-foot penthouse in Miami Beach, Florida, comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Thanks to the large rooftop deck, the singer held many parties in the unit over the years, with as many as 150 people attending. After ten years, he put the property back on the market for $5.75 million. It sold for just $4.3 million, almost $400,000 less than he paid.

Aaron Rodgers began his NFL career in 2005 when he signed a 5-year, $7.7 million contract with the Green Bay Packers. Rodgers’ starting base salary was just $230,000, but he would take home $2.35 million in his first season due to various signing and roster bonuses.

In 2008, Rodgers opted to cut his initial contract short and signed a new deal with Green Bay, this time for $63.52 million over 6 years, with $20 million guaranteed. The year the new agreement was signed, he took home a whopping $12.9 million. From 2009 to 2012, Aaron Rodgers earned a salary between $6.5 million and $8.6 million per year.

In 2013, Rodgers signed another five-year contract with the Packers worth $110 million, of which $54 million was guaranteed. Since then, he has signed three more agreements with the team, each worth over $100 million. Aaron Rodgers’ highest-earning year in the NFL was 2018, when he took home $66.9 million.

Rodgers earned $305 million in total salary with Green Bay before transferring to the Jets. Thus far in his NFL career, he’s earned $380.7 million in total salary.

Endorsements

As one of the NFL’s star players, Aaron Rodgers became a prime target for potential sponsors, consistently earning additional millions from lucrative endorsement deals throughout his career. According to estimates from Forbes, Rodgers’ annual income from his numerous brand deals was as follows:

  • 2013 – $6 million
  • 2014 – $7.5 million
  • 2015 – $7.5 million
  • 2016 – $7.5 million
  • 2019 – $9 million
  • 2020 – $9 million
  • 2022 – $11 million
  • 2023 – $11 million
  • 2024 – $9 million
  • Total – $77.5 million

While this doesn’t account for every year of his career, it clearly shows how much he earned off the field. The bulk of this figure was earned from two lucrative endorsement contracts with State Farm and Adidas.

His agreement with State Farm began in 2011, and reportedly earned him between $2 million and $3 million annually. Rodgers served as the main spokesperson for State Farm, appearing in various campaigns for the company, including their “Discount Double Check” campaign.

Although Aaron initially signed with Nike early in his career, he switched to Adidas in 2015 under a multi-year contract. While financial details were never publicly disclosed, he likely earned several million dollars annually from the deal.

Here are some of the other brands that Rodgers has endorsed throughout his career:

  • Bose
  • Ford
  • IZOD
  • Pizza Hut
  • Sharpie
  • Zenith Watches

Real Estate

Del Mar Home

In April 2009, Aaron Rodgers paid $2.055 million for a 5,771-square-foot, four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Del Mar, California. In October 2021, he returned the property to the market with an asking price of just under $5.2 million. A month later, it sold for $5.13 million. While the property taxes and listing fees set him back somewhat, Rodgers is still likely to have cleared between $2 million and $2.5 million from the sale.

New Jersey Home

In June 2023, after moving to the New York Jets, Rodgers paid $9.5 million for a newly built, eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom mansion in New Jersey. The property sits on a 2.39-acre lot and was initially listed for $11 million before Rodgers bagged a $1.5 million discount.

Malibu Home

In November 2019, while in a relationship with professional racecar driver Danica Patrick, Rodgers purchased a 4,636-square-foot home in Malibu, California. The QB bought the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property from British singer Robbie Williams for $28 million. Earlier this month (August 2026), Aaron returned the property to the market, with an asking price of $39.5 million.

This profile details our research into Danica Patrick’s net worth and historic earnings from the Indy 500 and NASCAR. We’ll also cover her income from brand endorsements and any other aspects of her finances.

Quick Facts

  • Earned an estimated $2 million per year from her GoDaddy endorsement deal

Before entering NASCAR, Danica Patrick raced in the Indianapolis 500 series with several teams. In 2005, she earned approximately $379,000 on track with Rahal Letterman Racing Team Argent. The following year, she earned roughly $285,800.

For most of Patrick’s subsequent years in the Indy 500, she typically earned between $200,000 and $320,000 on track. The only year that didn’t fit into this range was her third-place finish in 2009, where she earned roughly $763,300 in winnings. Overall, Danica’s on-track earnings in the Indy 500 amount to approximately $2.87 million. This figure doesn’t include additional earnings from endorsements and sponsors.

NASCAR Earnings

2017Stewart-Haas Racing-$10,300,000
Totals:$11,859,752$65,600,000

When Patrick entered the NASCAR Cup Series in 2012 as a member of the Stewart-Haas Racing team, she earned $1.05 million on track that year from ten races. Once endorsement and sponsor income were factored in, she’s estimated to have earned roughly $12.9 million.

In 2013, Patrick entered 34 races and earned $3.26 million on track. Her sponsor income helped push her earnings to an estimated $13.5 million. The following year produced a similar outcome: $3.77 million on track and $13.8 million overall. Her endorsement income dropped in 2015, but her on-track winnings remained at $3.77 million.

Unfortunately, NASCAR stopped publishing race winnings in 2016, so we cannot see how much Danica earned on the track from 2016 to 2018. However, we know her average finish position and how many races she entered, which can give us a rough estimate of her earnings during this period. In 2016, Danica had an average finish position of 22.0, performing slightly better than in any other year of her career. She potentially earned over $4 million in 2016 and roughly $3.7 million in 2017.

Overall, we estimate that Danica Patrick earned roughly $19.6 million on-track during her NASCAR career and approximately $65.6 million in total.

Endorsements & Sponsors

Before we get into the details of Danica Patrick’s brand deals, there are two types of sponsors: those that provide money to the teams she races with, and those that pay her personally. In most instances, if a company sponsored the team, Patrick would also receive a percentage of that income. So, with that in mind, here are the most notable endorsement deals of Danica’s career.

GoDaddy Endorsement Deal

In 2006, when Danica Patrick was racing with Andretti Green Racing in the Indy 500, the team signed GoDaddy as a sponsor. The deal was reportedly worth $20 million per year, but their contract was heavily tied to Danica’s career, and the brand followed her as she moved into NASCAR later on. Patrick’s personal earnings from GoDaddy were never publicly confirmed, but industry experts have speculated that she typically earned between $2 million and $4 million annually from the brand. During their ten-year partnership, Danica helped GoDaddy increase their market share from roughly 32% to 50%.

On the low end of the scale, assuming a consistent paycheck over the ten-year period, Patrick could have earned a total of $20 million from GoDaddy. In contrast, $4 million per year would amount to $40 million over 10 years.

Real Estate

In November 2019, while Danica was dating the legendary quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, the couple purchased a 4,636-square-foot home in Malibu, California. They bought the property from British singer Robbie Williams for $28 million. However, since they weren’t married, it’s unclear how the purchase was structured between them. It appears that Rodgers kept the property after the breakup, as he listed it for sale earlier this month (August 2026) for $40 million.

Real Estate

Beverly Hills Home

In May 2012, Emma paid $2.5 million for a 3,862-square-foot cottage in Beverly Hills, California. The home, built in 1953, comprises four bedrooms and five bathrooms. In March 2019, the La La Land star listed the property for $3.9 million. It sold a month later for the asking price. After considering property taxes and agent fees, Stone could have profited just under $1 million from the sale.

West Village Condo

In March 2016, Stone paid $2.4 million for a one-bedroom, 821-square-foot apartment in the West Village, New York City. Between 2018 and 2021, she listed the property for sale multiple times. It was initially listed for sale in December 2018 for $2.65 million and reduced to $2.5 million in February 2019.

In mid-2019, the listing was switched from for sale to for rent at $6,000 per month. Stone then removed the listing from the market until June 2021, once again asking for $2.5 million. It was eventually sold in December 2021 for $2.25 million.

Comstock Hills House

In June 2019, Stone paid $2.3 million for a four-bedroom, 3,276-square-foot home in Comstock Hills, Los Angeles. The house, built in 1926, featured a Spanish Colonial architectural style.
