The 2010 season was one of the biggest rollercoasters of her career, where she ended the year with a fractured foot. On returning in 2011, she faced her sister Urszula in the US Open, defeating her only to lose during the second round.

The successful year hit a wall when she had to seek treatment for her hand which she injured while playing in the rain at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix.

Unfortunately, Agnieszka suffered too many injuries and in 2018 she announced that she would be retiring from tennis due to her health. She had also fallen to her lowest ranking at the time, and it was obvious that the sport had become too much of a strain toward the end of her career.
