Introduction
Gunna is an American professional rapper, singer, and songwriter with an estimated net worth of $4 Million.
Music Career
Gunna has carved a unique path in the music industry, earning him a prominent place in the hip-hop and trap genres. Operating under the alias Wunna, he burst onto the music scene in 2011, releasing a series of successful mixtapes and chart-topping albums.
His musical journey started at the age of fifteen, and by 2013, he had already released the mixtape “Hard Body” under the alias, Yung Serg.
A pivotal moment came in 2015 when he was introduced to Young Thug through their mutual friend, Keith “King” Troup. This connection led to Gunna featuring on Young Thug’s superlative track, “Floyd Mayweather,” from his much-hyped mixtape, Jeffery, in 2016.
Releasing His Debut Mixtape
In October 2016, Gunna released his debut mixtape under YSL Records, titled “Drip Season,” which, unfortunately for the artist, didn’t perform well. While it didn’t top the charts, it did showcase his gritty lyrics and distinctive rapping style, which brought much-needed attention to his brand.
The momentum continued with ‘Drip Season 2’ in May 2017, featuring collaborations with artists like Young Thug, Playboi Carti, Offset, and others. However, it was Gunna’s third mixtape, ‘Drip Season 3,’ that propelled him to new heights, released on February 2, 2018, under his record label, YSL Records.
Success With His Third Mixtape
The “Drip Season 3” album featured an array of talented artists, including Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Lil Durk, Nav, Metro Boomin, and Lil Yachty amongst others.
Their contributions added multiple layers of creativity to the tracks, enhancing the overall sonic experience for listeners, and contributing to its popularity. As the third installment in the Drip Season series, the tape delivers on Gunna’s signature style, blending gritty lyrics with melodic beats.
The deluxe edition, released simultaneously with the regular version, offered three additional tracks as an extra treat for his fans. These bonus tracks feature guest appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Young Jordan, Young Thug, and Lil Baby, adding diverse flavors to the mixtape.
The mixtape’s sole single, “Almighty,” featuring Hoodrich Pablo Juan, serves as a testament to Gunna’s ability to create catchy and impactful tracks. A collaboration between the two popular artists enhanced the overall dynamism of the song, contributing to the mixtape’s massive success.
A Strategic Approach To Music Production
“Drip Season 3” not only demonstrates Gunna’s prowess as a rapper but also highlights his strategic approach to album production. With a carefully curated list of features and a diverse set of producers, the mixtape offers a well-rounded listening experience.
Gunna’s ability to seamlessly blend his style with his collaborators makes this project a standout in his discography, contributing to his growing reputation.
The prelude to the album, ‘Drip or Drown,’ dropped on November 30, 2017, and featured standout tracks such as “Helluva Price,” and “Drippin”. With tracks like “Almighty” and “Drip or Drown Ft. Lil Yachty” performing well, he collaborated with Lil Baby on the well-received, “Drip Harder”.
Releasing His Debut Studio Album
Gunna released his debut studio album, ‘Drip or Drown 2,’ on February 22, 2019, debuting at number 1 on the “Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart”.
Aside from his musical prowess, Gunna has become a style icon in the fashion world with his distinctive street fashion. He enjoys wearing high-profile brands like Off White, Dior, Gucci, Chanel, and Pyer Moss, which has earned him recognition and admiration in the fashion industry.
Gunna’s breakthrough continued with notable guest appearances on tracks like “Yosemite” with Travis Scott and “Sold Out Dates” with Lil Baby. The collaborative single with Lil Baby, “Drip Too Hard,” released in 2018, peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Debuting At Number 1 On The Billboard 200
In 2020, Gunna featured on Pop Smoke’s “Dior” remix and released his second studio album, “Wunna,” which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. His collaborations with Nav and Travis Scott on the single “Turks” and his appearance on Internet Money’s hit single “Lemonade” added to his list of chart-topping successes.
In 2022, Gunnawas was arrested as part of a 56-count RICO indictment against his YSL record label, resulting in him taking a plea deal. He was released from prison and released his fourth album, “A Gift & A Curse,” in 2023, addressing his arrest and the accompanying allegations.
A Commitment To Social Causes
Not only is Gunna a musical force, but he has also demonstrated his commitment to social causes by teaming up with Goodr in February 2022. He opened a free grocery store at Ronald E. McNair Middle School, contributing a helping hand to the impoverished neighborhood.
Gunna’s achievements are extensive, and “Drip Too Hard” earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Rap/Sung Performance in 2020. Subsequent nominations for Album of the Year (featured artist) in 2022 and Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song in 2023 followed.
Notable achievements include the RIAA Diamond certification for “Drip Too Hard” and the debuts of “Wunna” and “DS4Ever” at number one on the Billboard 200.
Real Estate
In February 2021, Gunna paid $1.9 million for a 5,500-square-foot, five-bedroom mansion in Decatur, Georgia. The property was a new build, featuring a 22-foot fireplace and a chef’s kitchen.

| 2011 | The Big Year | $1,000,000 |
| Total Calculated Earnings: | $80,500,000 | |
While many of Stiller’s film salaries have never been publicly disclosed, there is information regarding at least half a dozen. The earliest recorded salary of his career was $3 million for There’s Something About Mary (1998). The movie was one of the year’s highest-grossing films and remains one of Stiller’s top-grossing films. For comparison, co-star Cameron Diaz earned $2 million for her titular role as Mary.
Some of Stiller’s more modest career salaries include $2.5 million for Zoolander (2001) and $1 million for The Big Year (2011).
Meet the Parents Trilogy Salary
While reports of cast salaries for each film of the Meet the Parents trilogy are slightly sporadic, Stiller’s role as Greg Focker is estimated to have earned him between $40 million and $50 million.
Stiller’s salary for the original Meet the Parents (2000) was undisclosed; however, co-star De Niro earned a reported $13.5 million for his role. For the sequel, Meet the Fockers (2004), Stiller earned an estimated $10 million; for the third film in the trilogy, Little Fockers (2010), both De Niro and Stiller were paid $20 million each. Despite having the highest budget of the three films, Little Fockers performed the worst at the box office, grossing $311 million against a $100 million budget.
Madagascar & Night at the Museum
While the Madagascar and Night at the Museum franchises are responsible for some of Stiller’s biggest box-office hits, his salaries have never been disclosed. Naturally, that doesn’t stop other websites from throwing out random numbers.
When Forbes listed Stiller as one of the highest-paid actors in the world in 2010, it reported that he had earned an estimated $53 million for the year, thanks to Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Little Fockers, and Greenberg. We know he received a $20 million salary for Little Fockers, leaving $33 million between the two remaining films.
Forbes also mentioned that Greenberg only earned $6 million at the box office, but they didn’t say “at the box office,” so low-quality publications took that to mean Stiller earned $6 million for his work in the film.
Highest-Grossing Movies
Stiller’s top ten list comprises primarily three franchises: Madagascar, Night at the Museum, and Meet the Parents. The highest-grossing movie of his career is Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, which grossed $747 million worldwide. Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa came in second, grossing $604 million worldwide. Overall, the trilogy grossed $1.9 billion.
The Night at the Museum trilogy didn’t succeed as much, grossing a combined $1.35 billion. The original movie, released in 2006, was the top-grossing of the three. With every new Madagascar movie, its box office numbers grew. The opposite is true for Night at the Museum.
An unusual entry on the list was 1998’s There’s Something About Mary, the 3rd-highest-grossing movie of the year domestically ($176.5 million) and 4th overall ($370 million). Notable Stiller movies that didn’t make the list include 2008’s Tropic Thunder ($196 million), 2004’s Dodgeball ($168 million), and 2001’s Zoolander ($61 million).
Here’s a complete list of Ben Stiller’s ten highest-grossing movies:

In December 1999, Ben Stiller and his wife, actress Christine Taylor, purchased a 5,334-square-foot home in Los Angeles, California. They paid $1.83 million for the property, which features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house also features some rather interesting amenities, including a billiards room, a screening room, and, most notably, a hidden speakeasy pub. They relisted the house on the market in 2011 and sold it to actor Jason Statham for $7.33 million.
In 2016, the couple purchased a 3,395-square-foot condo in the West Village, New York City, overlooking the Hudson River. The four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit set them back $15.31 million. Film Earnings
Unfortunately, there isn’t much information online about James Franco’s film salaries. During our research, we found salaries for just three of his films. This included a $2 million paycheck for starring alongside Neve Campbell in the 2003 film, The Company.
Reports suggest he earned $7 million from Oz the Great and Powerful (2013), which featured actors such as Rachel Weisz, Michelle Williams, and Mila Kunis. Additionally, Franco earned approximately $6.5 million from his infamous film with Seth Rogen titled The Interview. This film was banned in multiple countries and led to North Korea threatening the United States.
Highest-Grossing Movies
Franco’s recurring role as Harry Osborn in the first three Spider-Man movies contributed to a total box-office gross of $2.5 billion. The original Spider-Man movie grossed $821 million globally. It became the third highest-grossing movie of 2002, behind only LOTR: The Two Towers ($936 million) and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets ($879 million).
The following two movies on the list were Oz the Great and Powerful ($493 million) and Rise of the Planet of the Apes ($482 million). Franco’s remaining box office hits are mainly from cameos and minor appearances, so here are some of his lead roles that didn’t make the overall list:
- This is the End – $126 million (2013)
- Why Him? – $118 million (2016)
- Pineapple Express – $102 million (2008)
- 127 Hours – $61 million (2010)
- Spring Breakers – $32 million (2012)
- The Interview – $12 million (2014)
Some of Franco’s most beloved characters are from R-rated comedies that had to take risks at the box office. One of the most notorious is 2014’s The Interview with Seth Rogen. The film was banned in multiple countries, including China, Egypt, Sri Lanka, and North Korea. The North Korean government reportedly threatened action against the US if Sony were to release the film.

- Eat Pray Love – $205 Million (2010)
Sexual Misconduct Lawsuit
In 2014, James Franco established the Studio 4 acting school, which operated for roughly three years before closing down in 2017. Two years later, in October 2019, two of Franco’s former students filed a sexual misconduct lawsuit against him. They alleged that the actor sexually exploited them and coerced them into performing scenes involving nudity. The suit also alleged that the students were misled about possible acting opportunities.
In 2021, Franco agreed to pay a settlement of $2,235,000, which comprised $894,000 for the sexual exploitation claim and $1,341,000 for the claims of fraud. Despite settling the lawsuit, Franco denied the allegation, and no admission of wrongdoing was included in the proceedings. After the suit was settled, he admitted to sleeping with his students and stated that, though it was consensual, it was wrong.
Ultimately, the lawsuit led to the actor’s five-year absence from Hollywood, and several projects were canceled. His last role prior to the lawsuit was as the voice of Lemmy in Arctic Dogs. He didn’t reappear in any project until the Karantina TV series aired in 2024.
Who’s the Richest Franco Brother?
All three of the Franco brothers (James, Dave, and Tom) are professional actors. At the time of writing, James is the richest in the family with an estimated net worth of $30 Million. His younger brother Dave has an estimated net worth of $10 Million, while Tom is worth roughly $500 Thousand.
Real Estate
In May 2006, James Franco paid $2.33 million for a 5,215-square-foot, three-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Los Angeles, California. He lived in the property part-time for several years before selling it for $3.3 million in February 2010.
In 2012, Franco purchased a 1,496-square-foot duplex in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, for $775,000. Following the purchase, neighbors complained that the house was being used to operate a production company and shoot scenes. Franco returned the home to the market in 2017 with an asking price of $949,000, though reports suggest he actually sold it for $1.35 million.

Introduction
Tyra Banks is an American television personality, producer, businesswoman, and model with an estimated net worth of $90 Million.
Despite earning millions annually as a Victoria’s Secret model between 1996 and 2005, Banks built the majority of her net worth later on when she transitioned to television. Both The Tyra Banks Show and America’s Next Top Model have contributed significantly to Tyra’s wealth, helping her earn as much as $30 million in a single year.
Quick Facts
- Peak annual income of $30 million in 2009
- Secured endorsement deals with CoverGirl, COSMÉ, and Victoria’s Secret
Earnings History
| Year | Earnings |
|---|---|
| 2000 | $5,500,000 |
| 2004 | $4,000,000 |
| 2005 | $6,000,000 |
| 2006 | $18,000,000 |
| 2009 | $30,000,000 |
| Total | $63,500,000 |
In the early to mid-2000s, during the peak of her modeling career, Tyra Banks typically earned between $4 million and $6 million annually. She was featured on Forbes’ Highest-Paid Models list three times (2000, 2004, 2005). She earned an estimated $5.5 million in 2000, $4 million in 2004, and $6 million in 2005.
However, these would not be the highest-earning years of her career. She began earning significantly higher paydays after transitioning to television with shows such as America’s Next Top Model and The Tyra Banks Show.
In 2006, Forbes reported that Tyra Banks earned an estimated $18 million in the previous twelve months. This was primarily due to her salary from both America’s Next Top Model and The Tyra Banks Show. The exact split was unknown, but it was reported that she earned approximately $3.5 million annually from her talk show at the time.
By 2009, her earnings had increased to an estimated $30 million. During this period, Banks was heavily criticized after contestants on America’s Next Top Model alleged they were paid only $38 per day while filming the show.
Based on the figures above, Tyra Banks’ estimated earnings for just five years (2000, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2009) total $63.5 million.
Endorsement Income
In the late 1990s, as her modeling career was in full swing, Tyra Banks began signing numerous endorsement contracts with global fashion brands, including CoverGirl, COSMÉ, and Victoria’s Secret. Based on the figures mentioned above, it is clear that Banks’ earnings during this period and until the mid-2000s were primarily generated by her modeling contracts and brand deals.
Victoria’s Secret Partnership
Perhaps the most notable of these was her partnership with Victoria’s Secret, which she initially signed in 1996 and maintained until 2005. Here’s an interesting fact for you: When Banks first appeared on the cover of the Victoria’s Secret catalog in 1996, she was the first black woman in history to do so. Tyra continued modeling for Victoria’s Secret, appearing in both catalogs and runway shows. Some sources suggest she was paid approximately $3 million per year at the time, which would make the partnership responsible for roughly 60% of her total income.
Mainstream Endorsements
Before Banks transitioned to television, the bulk of her endorsement deals were in the fashion sector. However, in the late 2000s, she also added more mainstream brands to her portfolio, such as Pepsi and Nike. Additionally, she secured various fashion endorsements from prominent brands, including Dolce & Gabbana, H&M, and Yves Saint Laurent.
Real Estate
In April 2004, Tyra Banks paid $3.085 million for a 5,740-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Beverly Hills, California. The home was purchased through the Crizzo trust controlled by her mother. Banks owned this property for over a decade before selling it for $6.33 million in July 2016.
In October 2014, Banks purchased a 3,700-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the Pacific Palisades for just under $3.3 million. She sold this home for $4 million in September 2018, and it later burned down in the 2025 California wildfires.
Shortly before the sale, Tyra paid just under $7 million for a 6,160-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bathroom residence, also located in the Pacific Palisades. This property features an outdoor pool, home gym, and rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Banks sold the home three years later for $7.9 million. Again, this property has also since been destroyed by the California fires.
In February 2021, Banks acquired a 4,089-square-foot, beachfront property in Malibu for $4.72 million. She still owned this home at the time of the wildfires, and yet again, this property also burned to the ground. According to Zillow, the empty lot is valued at $1.47 million.
