Die Hard Franchise

While still together, Pitt and Jolie bought numerous properties on Briarcliff Road and Valley Oak Drive in Los Angeles, California. This included paying $1.1 million in August 2009 for a 3,232-square-foot home next door to their 6,700-square-foot, six-bedroom property. They also owned a 1,653-square-foot property at the back of the land. Together, this formed a single compound totaling roughly 1.84 acres.

While finalizing their divorce, it appears they sold all three properties for $33 million in 2023. Each of the three previous real estate listings now shows a sold price of $33 million as of March 28, 2023.
