I suffered with a huge lack of confidence when I was younger. It was seriously damaging, and had a dramatic affect on the way I lived out every day. Eventually, I started to figure out how to boost my confidence, and becoming so much happier with myself.

1. Remove mediocrity from your life one day at a time
One step at a time is the best way to remove mediocrity form your life. And when you start to remove mediocrity, you will begin to remove all the parts of your life that are causing you to have no confidence.
Begin by removing poor food from your daily diet: biscuits, soda, junk food and so on. Then take the step to start waking up earlier. Then move on to eliminating TV habits, and removing negative people from your life.
Every small piece of mediocrity in your life only adds to your confidence issues, so remove every piece one by one, until only greatness remains.
2. Start to dress smarter
The clothes we were play a big part on the amount of confidence we have. If you really want to be able to triple your confidence in 30 days, then dressing smarter is the simplest step in doing so.
All it takes is a small shopping spree. Buy yourself a couple of great suits or dresses that fit well. The fitting is the important part, otherwise it’s going to just amplify your lack of confidence.
This step is huge! Do it straight away if you can.

To be honest, this step was the one that made the majority of difference to how confident I felt on a daily basis.
